Unlocked Skills and Affinity plus Perma Buffs

After messing around with yakuzadeso's mod found here: UNLOCKED ASHES OF WAR AND ENCHANTMENTS

Decided to add permanent buffs and a few tweaks to poison and rot.

So here we have the “Unlocked Ashes of War + Perma Buffs”:

– Unlocked Ashes of War and Affinity for any weapon (unique weaps have standard affinity only)
-unlocked affinity for regular weapons, build any combination you desire

– All weapons buffable
- regular and unique weapons

– Permanent buffs (until you die or travel) obs: only damaging buffs are permanent
- buff your weapons separately to build any combination you desire
- all greases
- skills (flamming strike, lightning flash, seppuku.. etc)
- incantations (bloodflame, black flame blade.. etc)
- spells (frozen armament… etc)

– Poison and Scarlet Rot Dmg Increased (Only working for Poison Armament, Poison Greases and Rot Greases) 
– poison and rot feels so trash compared to bleed or forstbite that I decided to make DoT builds viable. Poison and Rot now deal way more damage but their duration were drastically reduced. 
- poison and rot greases apply way more buildup per hit.
- poison now deals (30 + 0,2%hp) per tick for 20 sec
- rot now deals (40 + 0,3%hp) per tick for 20 sec
- greases and drawstring greases share the same buff effects and duration. No difference.
- other sources of poison damage were untouched.

WARNING: Some ashes of war wont work depending on the weapon used, but most of them work fine. I may have missed something somewhere so let me know if you find any.

Use this in offline mode !!

1. Make a backup of your save.
2. Make a backup of your regulation.bin file located in your game's steam folder.
3. Download and put the edited regulation file in your game's folder.
4. Launch the game in offline mode with EAC disabled.
