Improves the spell Magic_Downpour by making the ball trace and float-upon the enemies .Than shooting bullets at them.
This mod attempts to make the spell “Magic Downpour” more practical.
The floating ball will trace the enemies you've locked on and shoot magic bullets at them.
The magic bullets will slightly guide toward the enemies and penetrate through them (which improves its AoE capability).
The “charged version” will create a magic circle that stays in the air and functions like “Magic Glintblade.”
The floating ball will rush to the enemies after a few seconds. And it shoots more bullets than usual.
However, there are also some nerfs for balancing purposes.
The spell duration increases and magic bullets have longer knockback distances ,
But the damage and frequency are slightly reduced.
The charged version will also cost more FP & stamina.
I've also uploaded a video (in the video tab) to demonstrate how the mod works.
==== Installation ====
Installing with Mod Engine 2 is recommended (but not necessary) since it improves the compatibility with other mods.

Below are the instructions for different users:
If you only use this mod, replace the regulation.bin file inside the game's folder with this mod.
(Make sure to make a backup first, just in case.)
For Mod Engine users:
Put regulation.bin into the “Mods” folder (or “mod” for Mod Engine 2)
For people who use multiple mods:
Combine the regulation.bin with the CSV files provided by this mod using DSMapstudio: https://github.com/katalash/DSMapStudio

Put the combined regulation.bin into the “Mods”/”mod” folder (or backup and replace the file if you're not using Mod Engine)
==== Epilogue ====
Personally, I like the spell “Magic Downpour” a lot!
It's gorgeous, like the stars falling through the sky.
However, it also sucks. (Even after the reduced FP cost in Official patch v1.071.)
It's hard to hit enemies with. And it doesn't have any effect like stun or knockback.
It's supposed to be a crowd-control spell, but even Glinstone Arc does a much better job.
So it was just a beautiful firework for me, but I like it too much hence the mod.
I first tried to make the magic bullets trace the enemies, but it was overpowered (which was not my intention.)
After a few attempts, I suddenly thought: “Why not let the floating ball follow the enemies?”
(This was my first mod for Elden Ring, so it was challenging. There are too many parameters to figure out.)

Main ball will autoly reach to your enimies, foating upon , and shoting bullet to them.
( You have to lock on first, ofcause)
mini-bullet has a slightly chasing function, and it can penetrait through out enimies.

for the balances, I increased the spell duraction,
more knocking back,
but less damage ，slightly lower shooting frequency

You can use the charge ver. for far enimies,
use nomal spell on aproching dumbass.
this spell is made for player that “one hand weapon one hand rod”

Personally, I like the “Magic Downpour” spell very much!
It's beautyful! but It sucks!
even though “Offical” reduce it FP cost at v1.071,
considering it hard to hit enimy, nor stun or hit back,
still not worth using it for most of people.
sprayed bullets should stuck enimy by it's amount.
But it doesn't! the “Glinstone Arc” just do more better!
just a beatiful firework.
but I like it, so I mod it.
My first trying is , leting the bullets auto-homing to enimies.
This change is too powerful !
I have no intended to make player overpowered.
than i thought : “What if I made the main ball auto-follow enimies?”
