HOW TO INSTALL Add-on
1. go inside the ADD-ON folder.
2. take the sm_ballas_ext folder
3. Open OpenIV and go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
4. Place sm_ballas_ext in there.
5. go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
6. edit the dlclist.xml file
7. add dlcpacks:sm_ballas_ext
HOW TO INSTALL RAGE MP
1. go inside the RAGE MP folder.
2. take the sm_ballas_ext folder
3. Open your server and go to dlcpacks
4. Place sm_ballas_ext in there.
