One thing that the old casino had before rockstar updated it, was few palms with lights wrapped around them and i was quite dissapointed rockstar didn’t do much with it, fear no more!
Installation:
1.place mpdiamondcasino folder to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
2.add dlcpacks:/mpdiamondcasino/ entry to dlclist.meta located in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
3.OPTIONAL add the .cs script to your scripts folder, the script will make the lights dissapear at daytime and appear at night time, you can tweak some stuff inside as its fully open

Notes:
1.The model currently has no LOD, it uses itself as LOD for reflections etc to work, there’s no performance drop though, atleast not for me
2.it only works on MP Map, if you want it on SP Map to use with eg: SP Diamond Casino mod, then edit GROUP_MAP to GROUP_MAP_SP in setup2.xml inside the dlc.rpf
3.The mod includes a bonus – palms near Mile High Club.
