Installation:
FIVEM: Place “grovestreet” folder in resources, add “ensure grovestreet” to server.cfg
SP: Drop folder to updatex64dlcpacks and edit dlclist.xml from updateupdate.rpfcommondata then add line: “dlcpacks:grovestreet” at the bottom
