Inspired by the movie, Heat 1995 starring Al Pacino, Robert De Niro and Val Kilmer, a heist movie whereas LAPD detectives and professional bank robbers engage in a never-ending pursuit. This map is borrowed from the infamous shootout scene after McCauley(De Niro) and his crew emptied the Far East National Bank in downtown L.A. whilst being continuously chased and cornered by Vincent(Al Pacino) and the LAPD.
This map is not precisely accurate, it is a more compacted scene although, without tactical units and federal response. However, I did try my best to overlook and portray the scene as realistic as possible. (Despite the ’96 Crown Vics and many other late 90’s civilian cars)

GTA V Directory–>menyooStuff–>Spooner–>PUT THE .XML HERE
