Requirements:
1. Latest scripthookV
2. Latest ScripthookVdotNet
3. Menyoo PC SP
4. Map Builder (REQUIRED)
5. No waves in the ocean (REQUIRED)
6. Move Villa.xml file from the .zip into your GTA 5 main directory/MenyooStuff/Spooner.
7. In-game open menyoo/object-spooner/manage-saved-files/Villa.xml/load-placements then you should be teleported to the location.
