Installation instructions:
1. Open the “SP” folder to install in a single player game.
2. Move the “military” folder to “Grand Theft Auto V/update/x64/dlcpacks”
3. Open “OpenIV” and navigate to “GTA V/update/update.rpf/common/data”
4. Open the “dlclist.xml” file.
5. Below the line dlcpacks:/patchday26ng/ insert dlcpacks:/military/
