Located in Strawberry in the back of the LSMC.
Install SP:
1: Place bloodbank_prentiss from SP archive in your modsupdatex64dlcpacks
2: Add dlcpacks:/bloodbank_prentiss/ in your modsupdateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist.xml
Install FiveM:
1: Drag and drop bloodbank_prentiss from FiveM archive in your resource folder
2: Add bloodbank_prentiss in your server.cfg
