This is a simple and beautiful mod that adds some simple and beautiful lights to the palm trees of the malibu mansion, I love the glow palms mod but it consumes a lot of resources, this mod is not that elegant but it is beautiful and does not generate performance loss, I plan to bring this modification to the majority of palm trees in the city in the future.
This mod requires to work:

Note: I am using the old gen version of palm trees, therefore you may see some textures have not been perfectly synced
this mod comes with two mods: menyoo and malibu rpf, the menyoo xml file is optional in case the ymap file doesn’t work
ymap mode option 1 and option 2 are the same, only one should be installed, the options are there in case one doesn’t work.
INSTALLATION:
Malibu.rpf:
1. open the OpenIV program, select one of the two options and copy the file ”malibu_mansion_glowpalms.ymap” or ”malibu_mansion_glowpalms.ymap.xml” to this path: GTAVmodsupdatex64dlcpacksmalibu_mansion dlc.rpfx64levelsgta5malibu_mansion_meta.rpf
2.NOTE: remember that you only have to select one of the files.
Menyoo:
1. Copy the ”malibu_mansion_glowpalms.xml” file to the GTAVmenyooStuffSpooner folder
2. go to the menyoo menu in the game, go to the ”spooner” section, select the malibu_mansion_glowpalms.xml file, then select the ”load placement” section.
