How to Install
1) Download menyoo
2) Go to “Grand Theft Auto V/menyoo/Spooner”. Drag “Safer Highway in Paleto Bay.xml” into the Spooner folder.
Known Bugs:
– Traffic may turn into one of the barriers if they’re trying to get on a backroad at an intersection. (working on fixing it)
