They have State of the Art Weaponry – Vehicles – Armour – Materials – High Funding. It was first made by a Man only known as ” The Administrator ” and the Higher Ranking’s are Known only as the following ” O5 Command / O5 Council ” ” Site Director / SiD ” ” Head Of Mobile Task Force “.
