Requirements:
you need the original mod 2016 Chevrolet Express 3500 Truck Pack
you need to put the handling.meta and the vehicle.meta in there meta file and replace the text in the read me
where to put it:
replace the mule files in vehicles.rpf in the x64e/levels/gta/vehicles folder
