For The GTAV MiG-23

Once installed with their instructions, open the dlc.rpf with OpenIV. BTW, I had move the liveries in mig231.ytd into mig23.ytd to add 4 liveries to mig231.ytd.

Follow this path to the file to overwrite:

…Program FilesGTAVmodsupdatex64dlcpacksmig23dlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehiclesvehicles.rpf

If you wish to retain the original livery, while in OpenIV, extract the files mig23.ytd and mig231.ytd. I typically extract the original .ytd to the same folder as the dlc.rpf and rename it to origmig23.ytd.

When ready to overwrite with the mig23 livery, toggle “Edit mode”, top right button, and drag mig23.ytd and mig231.ytd from the extracted zip file and drop here:

…GTAVmodsupdatex64dlcpacksmig23dlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehiclesvehicles.rpfmig23.ytd and …/mig231

Just to confirm the livery, I’d click on the mig23.yft file to open the OpenIV Model Viewer to see what the model will look like with the new livery.

Once satisfied, close the model viewer and run GTAV and spawn mig23 with the trainer of your choice.
