1. Run OpenIV
2. Enable edit mode
3. Go to C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonGrand Theft Auto Vupdatex64dlcpackspatchday8ngdlc.rpfx64modelscdimagesweapons.rpf
4. Drag the files into openiv from the folder you downloaded and it will replace them.
5. Download archive fix
6. Drag your rpf folders into the archive fix folder and put them into the exe
7. they are now encrypted and you can drag them back into openiv and replace the rpf folders
