The Beretta M12 aka the PM-12S is a 9×19mm Parabellum calibre submachine gun designed by Beretta. Production started in 1959, the first users were the Italian Carabinieri, Italian State Police and the Guardia di Finanza, though, in limited numbers, it was only widely issued beginning in 1978, replacing the old Beretta MAB.

Replaces the SMG.

Please note:

The sights are slightly misaligned, the hand isn’t gripping the mag fully and the player’s hand clips through the foregrip because duh.

All assets were taken from World of Guns: Gun Disassembly.

Installation:

Just extract the archive and place the files in
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday8ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf
