Mod Description
Changes the prices of fruit grown from fruit trees to make fruit trees more viable.
The Fruit Rebalance mod changes the base price of fruit grown from fruit trees to approximately 300gp each. The mod also changes the price of wine and jelly made from these fruits. This makes fruit trees a viable alternative to crops without being overpowered.
The aim of this mod is not to make fruit trees the best gp in the game. It simply changes the profit margins to a level that seems more reasonable.
The mod works with new saves with no issue. If you use it with an existing save, it might take some in-game days for prices to update. This is because Stardew Valley saves information about fruit prices in the save game files.
The exact price changes are:
Apple: 100 -> 300
Apricot: 50 -> 315
Banana: 150 -> 260
Cherry: 80 -> 320
Mango: 130 -> 290
Orange: 100 -> 295
Peach: 140 -> 295
Pomegranate: 140 -> 290
