You have to use Generic Mod Config Menu to enable the checkboxes you want. Must check the “Use Custom Portrait” checkbox under the “Farmer Portraits” mod for the portrait to show. And *minimize the UI interface in the game setting* for the Farmer Portraits mod to work appropriately.
