Changes Sebastian's clothes and hair to a nice deep blue.
A simple mod that replaces Sebastians weird default “biro-ink” purple.
It's now deep blue but he has dark red shorts at the beach 😀
(Also fixed the overly-wide shoulders in some portraits)
